When leaders are constantly navigating complex challenges and high-stakes decisions, many overlook the most powerful asset at their disposal – their minds. The mind shapes one’s perceptions, decisions, and interactions, and it is where all great leadership begin. But distractions, demands and deadlines pull our minds away from the clarity, courage, and compassion that exist within us. And rapid advances of AI are complicating matters – equipping leaders with powerful data and insights but also threatening their discernment and critical thinking.
We invite you to step away from your packed days and daily pressures for an extraordinary event tailored exclusively for senior leaders like yourself, in the beautiful Serra da Estrela natural park in Portugal.
Co-led by Mingyur Rinpoche, a globally renowned meditation teacher, and Rasmus Hougaard, expert in human leadership development, this retreat offers you a rare chance to explore the nature of your mind in a serene, supportive environment. In doing so, you will learn to access a level of awareness that is both deeply human and profoundly effective.
The retreat is not about acquiring new leadership techniques or strategies. It’s about reconnecting with your own inner wisdom. We will put down our devices and welcome silence. We will turn away from to-do lists and tune into the world around us. We will stop, slow, and just let answers emerge.
Register now for a transformative journey that promises to be both personal and profoundly practical.
A 3-day immersive experience in a quiet environment of natural beauty which inspires the mind and calms the constant thrum and chatter of our daily lives.
A carefully curated combination of silence, powerful experiences and guided reflections which provides the space and time to discover the essential human leadership qualities needed today and in the future – awareness, wisdom, and compassion.
Profound relaxation and mental stillness which will refresh your body and mind, leaving you rejuvenated and ready to return to your responsibilities with renewed energy.
Deeper clarity and self-awareness and a renewed connection to your core values and principles, enabling you to approach challenges courageously and calmly.

Mingyur Rinpoche is a world-renowned meditation teacher with personal experience of anxiety and panic attacks, which he suffered from throughout his childhood and into his teenage years, when he learned to transform his panic through meditation.
Born in Nepal in 1975, Mingyur Rinpoche began to study meditation as a young boy with his father, Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, himself a well-respected Buddhist teacher. As a child, he became interested in contemporary science through conversations with scientists who were visiting his father, and as he grew older he began to collaborate with neuroscientists and psychologists, including Richard Davidson and Antoine Lutz at the University of Wisconsin, on research projects that study the effects of meditation on the brain and the mind.
His best-selling book, The Joy of Living: Unlocking the Secret and Science of Happiness, debuted on the New York Times bestseller list and has been translated into over twenty languages. Rinpoche’s most recent books are Joyful Wisdom: Embracing Change and Finding Freedom and an illustrated children’s book entitled Ziji: The Puppy Who Learned to Meditate.
Mingyur Rinpoche recently appeared in the Netflix series The Mind Explained, in an episode about the benefits of mindfulness.
